Bournemouth cuts teen pregnancy rates (16th July 2008)
Reducing teenage pregnancy is proving a struggle. Despite the government making it a high priority issue, England still has one of the highest rates in Western Europe. But the coastal town of Bournemouth is leading the way. With an innovative range of measures, dramatic falls in unwanted conceptions have been recorded.
