Renal supportive and end of life care: a one day workshop organised by the Department of Health on Monday 14th April 2008 (6th August 2008)
This is the report of a workshop on renal supportive and end of life care held on 14 April 2008. The aim of the workshop was to consult on the possible contents of an action plan to assist the NHS in implementing the renal national service framework over the next 18 months to two years. The action plan will be published later in 2008.
