Human Rights in Healthcare - a Framework for Local Action (7th October 2008)
The Department of Health, the British Institute of Human Rights and 5 NHS Trusts have worked in conjunction to produce this framework to assist NHS trusts to develop and apply human rights based approaches (HRBAs) in their organisations to improve service design and delivery.

Human Rights in Healthcare project - final evaluation report 2008 (7th October 2008)
In November 2007 Ipsos MORI was commissioned to conduct an independent evaluation of the effectiveness of human rights based approaches in the five NHS organisations participating in the Human Rights in Healthcare project. Ipsos MORI published the results of the evaluation in July 2008.
