These vary from dance, creative writing, singing and painting, through to drumming and laughter workshops. Participants attend weekly arts sessions led by freelance artists at a local arts centre.

'Being you' in Portsmouth (30th April 2009)
Portsmouth City Council and Portsmouth City Teaching Primary Care Trust (PCT) have joined forces in a multi-agency approach to adolescent mental health. The ‘Being you’ project has developed a toolkit for use in schools and youth centres, improved signposting to services and funded a media campaign.
