The Statement of Financial Entitlements (Amendment (No. 4) and Specification of National Minimum Percentage Uplift) Directions 2009 were signed on 10 June 2009 and are for the most part effective from 1 April 2009.

This document puts in place:
  • increases to certain SFE fees and allowances from 1st April 2009, linked to the recommendations in this year's Doctors' and Dentists' Review Body report
  • minor changes to the Childhood Immunisation Scheme from 11th June 2009,
  • removes some redundant text
