General Pharmaceutical Council (Constitution) Order 2009: a paper for consultation (27th October 2009)
The draft General Pharmaceutical Council (Constitution) Order sets out the proposed constitution of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the new regulator for pharmacy professionals and pharmacy premises in England, Wales and Scotland. The GPhC will be established on the making of the Pharmacy Order 2009 by the Privy Council.
