The Department of Health has now considered the responses to the the "Changes to arrangements for regulating NHS Bodies in relation to healthcare associated infections for 2009/10" and has reviewed it's policy on how NHS organisations will register with the Care Quality Commission against requirements regarding healthcare associated infections (HCAIs) in 2009/10.
