Over the summer, we focused our engagement efforts particularly on gaining views from the public, service users and patient organisations. CQC and DH jointly commissioned Ipsos MORI to run workshops with the public and LINks representatives to discuss how best to engage patients and the public in Quality Accounts and the role of LINks.
